Terms and conditions

Agreement

These terms are between Imperium Sky Ventures (the operator, "we", "us") and the business or person that creates an account or uses CloudCape ("you"). If you accept for an agency, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

The service

CloudCape is software for travel advisors and agencies. We may change, add or remove features. Features described as early access may be incomplete or change, and are provided as available.

Accounts

You must give accurate information, including a working business email, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to it.

Plans, trials and billing

An account can start free. Adding a card starts a 14-day trial of the core features, after which the card is charged for the plan you chose and everything unlocks, unless you cancel before the trial ends. AI and voice usage is not part of the trial.

Prices shown on this website are early access pricing and are subject to change. Annual billing is two months free. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Email, text and voice usage may be charged separately.

Your data

You own the data you load into the service and give us the right to process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consents you need for your clients' and travellers' information, and for using the service in line with the law. Bring your own AI

You may connect an AI assistant you already use. Your use of that assistant is governed by your agreement with its provider. You are responsible for what the assistant is permitted to read or write in your account and for reviewing its output before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully, or to send spam or deceptive messages;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to disrupt or overload the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product, except as the law allows.

Third-party services

The service works with third-party services such as payment processors, messaging providers and AI assistants. Their terms apply to your use of them and we are not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service and its software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription.

Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, breach of these terms or risk to the service. When an account ends, the data you loaded is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not a travel supplier, seller of travel or agency and are not responsible for the advice or bookings you make for your clients.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. This version is a draft.
