For group travel
Collect the roster. Count the places.
A group trip is its own trip type: a roster of travellers, a departure with a number of places, and the same proposal, payment and portal tools as any other trip.
What you get
A traveller roster
Add each traveller with name, date of birth, email and phone, edit inline, reorder, and mark the lead.
CSV import with a preview
Download the template, upload your file, review who is new, who matches an existing contact and which rows have errors, then import. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
One record per person
A traveller is a contact, so a lead, client and traveller stay one record.
A departure with places
Open a departure with start and end dates and a number of places, and see how many are taken and by whom.
Intake forms
Share a form link to collect details and see the responses on the trip.
Proposals and payments
Publish a proposal on a private link, and collect payments on a hosted link to your own Stripe account.
Roster by AI assistant
Over MCP, your own Claude or ChatGPT can list the roster, add or update travellers and import a roster.
What it does not do today
- Departure option prices are shown for information and are not added to trip pricing.
Questions
Can I import a roster from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Download the CSV template on the roster, fill it in and upload it. You get a preview with per-row errors before anything is saved.
Does it track how many places are taken?
Yes. A departure shows places taken out of the total, one row per place taken.
Do travellers fill in their own details?
You can share an intake form link to collect details; the roster itself is edited by you or your team.
