Add a traveller to a trip

Steps

1. Open the trip. It opens on the Members tab with a "Roster" heading.
2. Choose "Add traveller".
3. In "Traveller is", pick "A new person" or "An existing contact".
4. For a new person, fill in First name, Last name, Date of birth, Email, Phone and Options. For an existing contact, search under "Find a contact" and choose them from "Contact".
5. Tick "Lead (the booking contact -- needs an email and a phone)" for the one person who books. Only one traveller per trip can be the lead.
6. Choose "Add traveller".

What you will see

• The row appears with Name, Age, DOB, Email, Phone, Options and Lead, plus Edit, Up, Down and Remove.
• The date of birth shows masked, as **-**-1984. The full date is only on the person's own page.
• A pill reading "Missing for booking" lists what is absent. Everyone needs a date of birth; the lead also needs an email and a phone. The Members step is not marked done until every traveller has a date of birth.
• Age is worked out from the date of birth.
