Set up your business profile

Fill in the business details clients see, the links that email templates use, and your brand colour.

Who can do this: Owner, admin and superadmin can save business-wide settings. Anyone can save their own profile.

Steps

Open your profile menu and choose "Profile & settings". Settings opens on "Business profile".
Under Business information, fill in "Business name" and "Contact email". The contact email is shown to clients instead of your login email.
Under "Links in your emails", add your "Scheduling link" and "Review link". They fill the {scheduling.link} and {review.link} variables in message templates.
Set "Default commission split": "Your take-home %" (0 to 100, default 100).
Choose "Save".
Open Branding in the same Settings menu to add a business logo, a branded cover photo and a "Brand color" (a hex value such as #007298). These save automatically and are used on your published proposals and intake forms.
Open "Your profile" to set your first and last name, title, phone number and time zone. Your name, title and phone appear on proposals, and your time zone decides what counts as "today".

A "Saved" confirmation, or a message beside the field if something is wrong, such as "Contact email must be a valid email address."
Your business name and colour show on client proposals and on your intake form pages.

Business-wide sections can only be saved by the owner, an admin or a superadmin. Ask your agency owner.

Those fields save, but nothing else in CloudCape reads them yet, so they have no visible effect today.

Images must be PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 15 MB.
