Connect Claude or ChatGPT
Give your own AI assistant access to your agency over MCP, approve it once, and disconnect it whenever you like.
Who can do this: Anyone with an active agency can connect an AI app. It acts with that person's own permissions.
Before you start
- Your own Claude or ChatGPT account that lets you add a custom connector.
Steps
- Open Settings > Security > "Connected apps" and find the "Connector URL". Choose "Copy".
- In Claude: Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the URL and leave client ID and secret empty.
- In ChatGPT: Settings, then Connectors, then Advanced and turn on Developer mode. Create a connector, paste the URL and choose OAuth.
- Follow the sign-in. If you are not signed in to CloudCape you are sent to its sign-in page first.
- On the consent screen read the list that starts "If you allow it," followed by the app's name and "can:", then choose "Allow", or "Deny".
- Back in the AI app, ask it about your trips.
- To disconnect, return to Settings > Security > Connected apps and choose "Disconnect" beside the app. The next request from it is refused.
What you will see
- The consent screen lists what the app can do: read your agency's trips, briefs, itineraries and open client requests, and create and update clients, leads, trips, travellers and notes with your permissions. It also says it cannot delete anything, send emails or messages, or take payments.
- The app then shows under "Connected AI apps" with the date it connected.
- Changes it makes are recorded as coming from the AI connector and appear under Settings > Activity for the owner or an admin.
Common problems
The Allow button is missing.
A red message says why, for example "Your account has no active agency, so it cannot connect an AI app." Only Deny is shown.
"This connection request is not valid".
Start the connection again from the AI app. "This request has expired" means the same.
The consent screen says "Rejuvenation Journeys".
That is the name the app uses on its own screens. It is the same product.
Every change it tries is refused with "read-only".
If your agency's subscription is unpaid, AI writes are refused while reading still works. See Settings > Billing.
"Your role in this agency is not allowed to ...".
The assistant has your permissions and nothing more.
