Publish a proposal and manage versions

Steps

1. On the trip's Proposal tab, find the Publish panel.
2. Choose "Publish". The first time creates version 1; afterwards the button reads "Publish version N+1".
3. Copy the client link with "Copy link", or check it with "Open link". It is the same link for the whole trip.
4. Send the link to your client yourself, for example from the email composer or by pasting it into a message.
5. After you change the trip, publish again. A yellow note reads "Unpublished changes: the trip differs from version N."
6. To stop the client seeing the proposal, choose "Withdraw" on the latest version in the Versions list.

What you will see

• Publishing freezes a snapshot: trip name, destination, dates, party, price lines (sell price only), fees, total, payment schedule, your business name and colour, your advisor card, and the chosen itinerary or all options.
• Later edits never change a version already published. Every earlier link also shows the latest version.
• The Versions list shows "Version N", the date, which one is "Latest, shown on the client link", and "Withdrawn" ones. "View version N" opens a read-only copy.
• Publishing moves a New Lead or Consultation trip to Proposal when automatic moves are on.
