Help / Getting started
Read your Home page and notifications
What each tile on Home means, where the Needs attention lists lead, and what the bell counts.
Steps
- Choose Home in the left menu. The tabs are Overview, Tasks, Communication and Digest.
- On Overview, read the money row first (owner, admin, staff and agent roles only): Cash in, Commission for the quarter, and Booked value. Each tile has an info icon that explains it.
- Read the operations tiles: Proposals outstanding, Payments overdue, Departures in 30 days and Slipping trips (trips from New Lead to Under Review that nobody has touched for 7 days or more). Each tile links to the matching page.
- Scroll to "Needs attention". A list only appears when it has something in it: New form responses, Overdue tasks, Emails scheduled today and Waiting on client.
- Open the Tasks tab for your own open tasks, overdue first, or the Communication tab for open conversations, newest first.
- Use the bell in the right-hand column for what is waiting on you. Open it to see Trip requests, Needs an answer and Messages, and choose an item to jump straight to it.
What you will see
- Tiles that have nothing to show are empty, not hidden, so a new account looks sparse until you add clients and trips.
- The bell badge counts Trip requests (a client wrote, decided or submitted something you have not read) and Needs an answer. Team messages are listed in the panel but are not in the badge count.
- The badge refreshes when you change page, when you return to the browser tab, and about every 30 seconds while the page is visible.
Common problems
I do not see the money row or Payments overdue.
Those tiles are only for roles that manage money: owner, staff, admin and agent. The member role does not see them.
The AI row says my AI has not done anything.
Nothing has been connected yet. See "Connect Claude or ChatGPT".
The Digest figures look precise.
Time and money saved on the Digest tab are estimates, not measurements. The owner or an admin can change the hourly rate and minutes per task with "Edit estimates".
