Help / Getting started
Create your account and sign in
Sign up with an email and password or with Google, activate your account from the emailed link, and sign in.
Before you start
- An email address you can open right now: the account only works after you click the activation link we email you.
Steps
- Open the sign-in page from the "Sign in" link at the top of this site, then choose "Create account".
- Fill in "Your name", "Email", "Password" and "Confirm password". The password must be 8 to 128 characters. Or choose "Sign up with Google" instead.
- Choose "Create account". You are not signed in yet: the page says "Check your email".
- Open the email with the subject "Activate your account" and choose "Activate my account". The link signs you in.
- On the "Email confirmed" screen, choose "Continue". You land on Home.
- Next time, go to the sign-in page, enter your email and password and choose "Sign in". You can also use "Continue with Google" or "Sign in with a passkey".
What you will see
- A new agency is created for you automatically, named after you, and you become its owner.
- After activating, the "Email confirmed" screen says "Your account is active and you are signed in."
- Sessions last 90 days and renew each time you use them, so you are not asked to sign in every day.
Common problems
It says "Confirm your email first".
You tried to sign in before clicking the activation link. A fresh link was just emailed to you; open it. Or use "Send the link again" on the "Check your email" screen.
The link says "That link has expired" or "That link is not valid".
Sign in with your email and password and a fresh activation link is sent to you.
"That email and password do not match."
Check both and try again, or choose "Forgot password?". Enter your email, choose "Send reset link", and open the email. The reset link works once and for one hour, then you choose a new password.
Google sign-in does nothing.
Google sign-in depends on how your CloudCape server is set up. Use your email and password, or ask the person who runs your CloudCape server.
The screens say "Rejuvenation Journeys", not CloudCape.
That is the name the app uses on its own screens and in its emails today. It is the same product.
